Founding of Medipol University
Medipol University is one of the best private Turkish universities and one of the most prestigious universities in Europe. It is located in the heart of Istanbul in a place surrounded by the heritage of different ancient civilizations and a place where two continents, Asia and Europe meet. Since its founding in 2009, Medipool has been firmly committed to creating an international learning environment. The university currently has two branches, one in Istanbul and another in Ankara. The Istanbul branch has two campuses, a campus located in Halic district on the European side, which includes the faculties of medicine and dentistry. The Kawajik Campus, located on the Asian side, houses the faculties of pharmacy, health sciences, engineering, social sciences, and literature and arts.
One of the most important features of Medipol University is that it contains a series of hospitals, “Medipool Hospitals”, which is one of the largest health projects in Turkey, which provides students with the opportunity for scientific and professional training.
